Amazing Edwardian peasant tea dress with a lovely black and white wreath print. Built-in corset. Lace neckline and collar. Eyelet details. Beautifully pleated skirt. Amazing overall!

The dress has a built-in corset, and the rest of it is unlined. It closes down one side of the bodice with lots of hooks and eyes, all are present but some are pulling loose and will need to be restitched.

Remarkable condition for its age. 
*Noticeable rust spot(s) in front bodice, see last image.
*Some discoloration in lower part of skirt.
*A few hooks/eyes that are coming undone and will need to be restitched.
*A slit shaped tear in the fabric below the bottom 'eye' which is not seen when on and the dress is closed with the hook, see second to last image. But this area will need to be reinforced with a few stitches to avoid the hole becoming larger.
*A 2" area on the right sleeve (upper rear of the sleeve) where the fabric is pulling away from the lace panel and will need to be reattached. This area is currently pinned into place, which is how it was when I acquired the dress. See third to last image.
*A few light rusty spots on the left sleeve.
*Soiling around the hem.
*There could be other issues that I missed, but for its age, I like this one!
