Sourced from two unique vineyards at the opposite ends of the region. One in Macclefield on a subtle north facing slope planted in red loam managed with strict VSP vine training. The site produces wines with elegant and pure fruit characteristics. The second from much higher elevation in Kenton Valley on a Northerly facing aspect producing brilliant vibrancy and blue fruited notes.. It was handcrafted to produce a wine portraying the uniquely high elevation, red earth, crisp mornings and the warmth of autumn colours. Brooding dark fruits with ripe plums are integrated with a mild oak spice and hints of wild mint.

This Tempranillo pairs excellently with classic Spanish cuisine such as cured meats, lamb, pork, Manchego cheese, and roasted vegetables. Tapas, including olives and croquettes.
