Our 2024 Pinot Grigio has been sourced from Margaret River and Mt Barker. The season was a little cooler than average with vintage starting a week or two later. The conditions were perfect for gentle ripening, thus preserving the Pinot Grigio’s delicate fruit characters. Very clear and bright with a light straw hue. Has a delicate nose of fresh pear fruit with hints of exotic tropical fruit. This is a well weighted, very approachable, fresh dry white. It has delicate fruit flavours of summer fruits, eg golden delicious apples and ripe pear. Its delicate fruit flavours are well balanced by its gentle acidity, very characteristic of the variety. Our Pinot Grigio has a nice textural quality and can be enjoyed with or without food. Best enjoyed as a young wine, serve lightly chilled.

As a delicate, neutral wine, Pinot Grigio pairs best with light, fresh flavours. Think summery dishes like salads, chicken and seafood, as well as light pasta dishes and risottos, and avoid heavy sauces in favour of creams and vinaigrettes
