How to use

To obtain a beneficial effect, measure  3 flat scoops  of powder (3.5 g is the daily portion of the product), pour into a glass and mix with  200 ml of water.

Drink in the evening before bed,  at least two hours after eating.

This product's mixture is susceptible to clumping if exposed to humid air or a moist measuring spoon for extended periods. This type of clumping can be avoided by using a dry, clean measuring spoon and by minimizing exposure to the product's surface when taking a portion.
