• Directions: 1) Mix packet contents with 1 cup warm water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes. 2) Bring to a boil, then stir constantly for 20 seconds. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 4 servings.
• Chef Suggests: Serve over mashed potatoes. For a great tasting vegetarian side dish, mix 1/2 cup couscous, 1 cup water, and packet contents. Add a few diced carrots and onions. Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
