INGREDIENTS: 

Maca root extract standardized to 2.5% beta-sisterols (Lepidium meyenii), ginseng root extract standardized to 4% ginsenosides (Panax ginseng), gotu cola herb extract (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb .), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:
Adults 1 capsule twice a day, preferably after a meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry and sunless place, at room temperature in a closed container.
