This is a specialized diet used in European hospitals for overweight patients who need to lose weight very quickly before a major surgery.

Everybody is different, but generally after the first week you could lose up to 10 lbs. The following two weeks, up to 30 lbs, which is not regained after you eat normally. After that a weight loss of 1 - 2 lbs a week is considered healthy. * To be repeated until desired weight is achieved.

It is important to stay consistent with the diet, drink lots of water, have regular exercise and try to make 7,000 - 10,000 steps a day.
