The FUSO project from PortoVino honors the age-old Italian tradition in which once a year locals visit their favorite producer to fill up large vessels that they later siphon off into smaller bottles at home. Every year FUSO collaborates with their favorite organic farmers to do the same. This Primitivo comes from Fillipo Cassano, owner of the certified organic winery Polvanera in Puglia. With notes of dark berries, red fruit, rhubarb, and vanilla, this red is smooth and supple. Perfect for chilly coastal nights!
