Grown in the lush tea hills of Taoyuan, Taiwan, Oriental Beauty also called Dongfang Meiren (東方美人) is a rare, naturally sweet oolong tea we sourced for its elegant complexity. Each summer, tiny leaf-hoppers nibble on the tea buds, prompting the leaves to release exquisite notes of wildflower honey, ripe peach, and warm spice. Produced in limited quantities due to the variability of weather & insect activity, we’re grateful to source this premium, limited tea for you.
