Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper to the internal footprint size of the box 22cm x 16cm to check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles, or you can fold soft items and use a ruler to check the required height to fit within 9.5cm.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.

• 1200g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.7mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with special 120gsm navy blue pearl lustre finish paper, no lamination.
• 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
• 80cm length x 2.5cm width matching navy blue polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through box body slot.
• Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

Can I Test A Gift Box Before Ordering Bulk?

Yes. Sample (single or multiple single boxes) are available to purchase so you can test the fit and quality before placing larger orders. Contact us for a discount on the delivery cost if you plan to order three or more samples.

Can Gift Boxes Be Branded With My Own Design?

Yes. Logo printing via screen printing, digital printing, foil blocking and debossing are available on all Foldabox® gift box styles. Some restrictions apply to textured gift boxes and are limited to foil branding. Take a look at our Branding pages for examples and more information.
