Grown on certified organic farms without the use of synthetic pesticides or GMOs, our sushi rice is non-GMO, naturally gluten-free, and easy to prepare. Once cooked, it holds together well while remaining tender and slightly chewy — the perfect balance for rolling or shaping.
How to use:
Rinse thoroughly before cooking (2–3 times)
Use 1 cup rice to 1¼ cups water
Bring to a boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer 15–18 minutes
Let sit covered for 10 minutes, then fluff
Mix with sushi vinegar if desired and use for sushi, rice bowls, or onigiri
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
