Elmo's Closet pet collars are soft, strong and stylish. They are available in a great variety of fun and novel prints. The outside of the collar is covered in naturally hypoallergenic 100% cotton. This keeps pet fur from matting and breaking as well as significantly reduces skin irritation. The inside of the collar has a strong cotton webbing. They are quick-drying when wet which significantly reduces bacteria and odor. Only the highest quality study hardware is used. The collar is 3/8" wide and adjusts from 5" - 9" in length. They are machine washable and hand crafted in the USA just for your pet!
