Milk thistle  is a plant from the Asteraceae family. It occurs mainly in the countries of Southern Europe, North Africa and Central Asia, and is also cultivated in Poland. Milk thistle has characteristic purple flowers. Its flowering period is July and August.

Artichoke  is a perennial plant from the Mediterranean countries. It is characterized by purple flowers occurring in spherical inflorescences. Artichoke flower heads are a popular delicacy in Italian cuisine.

Turmeric  is a yellow spice. It contains compounds called curcuminoids (including curcumin). It is thanks to curcumin that dishes with turmeric acquire a golden color.

How to use:  1 capsule with water. Use once a day.
