Ingredients:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vitamin K (menaquinone-7 in the patented form of VitaMK7 PURE®, natural vitamin D from lanolin (cholecalciferol), natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).

Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product:  1 to 2 portions a day during a meal, dissolve in a tablespoon of oil or other liquid. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
