This piece is an exact replica of one of our most treasured finds – from the beautiful intricate stitch work to the cracked and distressed backing cloth. It has had an unusual journey, having made its way from Italy at some point in its 300-400 year lifespan to Massachusetts, USA, where Clothsmith acquired it from an antique textile dealer.
