Our bees forage wildflowers and tree blossoms in the local (Lebanon & Dauphin County PA) area to produce this delicious raw honey. Our honey is strained once and never pasteurized, leaving the most pollen and healthy antioxidants intact. Whether used as a sweetner for drinks and baking, or as a special addition to a cheese platter, our honey is sure to please.  

All honey will crystallize at some point. to liquefy crystallized honey, heat a pan of water to 100 degrees F. Remove from heat and place glass jar of honey in pan and stir honey until liquefied. Repeat as needed.  Do not refrigerate honey.
