Description:
The Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional in 18K Moonshine Gold is a luxurious and bold take on one of the watch world's most iconic watches. It was a bold move by Omega, similar to Rolex introducing a Submariner in solid yellow gold; both are tool watches that nobody would have ever expected to be produced in precious metal, but both were executed to perfection. This striking iteration features the same 42mm case (which, like all Speedmasters, wears much smaller thanks to a compact lug-to-lug measurement) and general dimensions. It is paired with a durable and high quality silicone strap for comfort and versatility. The dial of this Speedmaster is exactly the same as any traditional model, but it features a yellow gold/champagne color with black subdials for high contrast and legibility. Also featured on the watch is a black ceramic bezel with gold numerals for the tachymeter – a proprietary combination Omega dubbed Ceragold. Powering this Speedmaster is Omega's in-house Caliber 3861 mechanical movement (based on Lemania's 1873) with 50 hours of power reserve and a special luxury finishing.
