Your bourbon stave is from an authentic once used bourbon barrel and is hand cut, sanded and scraped by Cooper or Boston.  The back is sprayed with polyurethane to protect your hands, walls, counters, etc.  Cody or I hand torches the edges and paints the logo on the stave and then finishes with another coat of polyurethane spray.  Once it’s dry, two D-Rings are installed on the back for easy hanging.  Because this bourbon barrel stave is handcrafted just for YOU from an authentic bourbon barrel, not all staves will look the same and will have imperfections.  Some might come with cracks, splits, smudges and stains which we think adds to the bourbon rustic feel.

 **ARTWORK** I offer hundreds of bourbon and sports themed artwork.  Simply put which bourbon or sports team in the customization box and I will send you a digital draft before shipping or pick up.

**Dimensions** Approximately 35” long and 3”-4” wide. 

**Local Pick Up / Shipping**  We offer local pick up at our shop in Mason, Ohio or we can ship to the lower 48 states only.  This item will ship in a 36x4x4 box with no identifying marks on the outside to ruin a surprise gift.  Our current production time is 3-5 business days and we ship via UPS ground.
