Snake charmers, vaudeville, strong man, fortune teller, oh my! All at the Normal Gym, in Illinois, and all for a dime! I love every inch of this so much, perhaps the drawings of clown and giraffe and elephant most of all. I'd guess maybe the event was a high school fundraiser or something along those lines, but don't know for sure--but I'd love to think all of the invitations that went out were hand-drawn postcards like this one, which is postmarked DeKalb, IL, on Valentine's Day of 1908.

3 3/4" x 5 1/2". Tearing to bottom right corner and a few scattered stains and bumps, but the drawing is still dark and clear and fabulous!
