KENDAL and DENT  silver pocket watch in fine working condition after having being serviced. Full hallmarks for Chester 1898. Fine quality English Fusee movement signed Kendall and Dent with a very lovely engraved balance cock. Perfect white enamel dial with black Roman numbers and gold pointers.   Seconds dial at number six position. The silver case is in lovely condition with engine turned engraving, and an empty cartouche on the back for your initials. Included is a fine Victorian watch key with a crown shape. Also very collectible.

This is a very special watch in that it was presented to a naval officer by navy officers and members of the Portsmouth lodge in March 1898. This is a rare and special watch to find by a great maker, and the Victorian navy history.
