The Reaper took quite some time to perfect. They were aiming for a Carolina Reaper sauce that wasn’t absolutely insane—one that wouldn’t burn your face off or ruin your meal, but still packed a lot of flavour. The answer to this was the Queen Garnet Plum.
Best served with white meats like duck, turkey, and chicken. It’s also an amazing sauce for dumplings.
