"The Nirvana after the scream' is what I titled this painting. I thought of this idea around the time all these documentaries of Ted Bundy were popping up, so I got inclined to research his history. I was also by studying the art work of Edward Munchs and his painting 'the scream'. He created the scream to fepresent inner fear and anxiety, so I wanted to make my own representation of the calmness after you deal with the "fear". There are many Easter eggs like murder weapon, yellow buggy, bodies in the water hidden in this painting." - Eli Velez
