How to use

In Vitro:

Pam3CSK4 is a TLR1/2 heterodimer recognises triacylated lipopeptides. Pam3CSK4 (1 μg/mL) enhances the antibacterial functions of granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) induced neutrophils to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.

In Vivo:

Pam3CSK4 (5 mg/kg; i.p.; once a day for 9 days) alters brain, spleen and liver weights in neonatal mice.
