Our melton wool jacket combines our favorite aspects of field coats and hunting jackets for a warm but not heavy layering piece. Patch pockets with a flap sit on the lower hem combine with hand-pockets midway down the front for utility and function. The cut of the body is comfortable without being too loose. The fabric is a Japanese melton wool, a solidly woven cloth that conceals its twill structure and is known for it's weatherproof qualities. This one includes a bit of nylon for a little extra softness and a lighter weight feel on the body, which adds to the comfort of this useful jacket.
