When author Josie Lloyd was going through breast cancer treatment, she took part in a tough 10K race. Another runner stopped and told Josie that she'd run through her cancer treatment too. She then took off the pretty necklace she was wearing and gave it to Josie, telling her it was her "butterfly of hope", which someone else had given her when she needed a boost. She told Josie it would help her finish the race and move forward with her life and maybe one day she'd be able to pass it on to someone else. It was this random act of kindness that inspired Josie's novel The Cancer Ladies" Running Club along with this necklace from Posh Totty.
