Thyrox ® was born from our co-founders' personal experiences with repeated misdiagnoses and a profound lack of trust in the healthcare system that followed. One co-founder's fiancée endured two months of believing she had a brain tumour in her early 30s - only for it to later be revealed as a severely underactive thyroid. Our other co-founder lived with a misdiagnosed chronic condition for over 15 years.

Key Ingredients & Their Roles  

- Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is involved in enzymes linked to natural thyroid hormone activity.  

- L-Tyrosine is an amino acid used as a building block in the production of dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline, and thyroid hormones (thyroxine/T4 and triiodothyronine/T3).  

- Myo-Inositol is a naturally occurring compound involved in intracellular signalling processes, including pathways associated with insulin and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).  

- Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, normal cognitive function, and has a role in the process of cell division.  

- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the regulation of hormonal activity.  

- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and has a role in the process of cell division.
