Size Extra Small Adult: Bust:28-31 inches; Waist: 23-24.5 inches; Girth:55-56 inches 

Size Small Adult. Bust: 32-34 inches; Waist: 25-26.5 inches; Girth: 56-58 inches

Pattern is for the top only, but comes with our NEW stretch tutu panty pattern. However, this pattern can be used with any classical, romantic or bell tutu panty pattern.  Attach in the same manner that you would attach a basque to the tutu.  Minimal instructions on pattern.
