This is the core radiator only. Your existing hoses and clamps will connect to factory inlet and outlet ports — they should reuse without modification. Inspect them for age and cracks before reinstalling.

Do I need to flush the entire cooling system before installing this radiator?

Yes. Drain and flush the system completely to remove sediment and old coolant. A clean system extends radiator life and prevents blockages that hurt cooling performance on a diesel engine running higher temps.

What's the return process if the radiator arrives damaged or doesn't fit?

Check fitment and inspect for transit damage immediately upon arrival. Contact ModSupply with photos if there's an issue — we'll handle replacements. Keep original packaging if a return becomes necessary.
