New old stock hat coming from a store that has been closed for decades. Dates to the 1930's to early 1940's. Bright red wool felt with a fringed brim. Deep crown with a small flatten top wrapped in a wide grosgrain hatband which makes a back bow and two streamers. Interior is finished with the original grosgrain ribbon.
It does show some age. The red hatband is a replacement, as the original faded. The inside ribbon is faded but the wool body of the hat is in excellent condition. My pricing reflects this damage.
The only tag is the IMSC union tag.
Inner circumference is 22 inches.
