The exquisite waffle dial is the jewel of this watch's crown, boasting arrowhead and partial Arabic polished metal applied hour plots, elegant Dauphine hands and a subtle crosshair sub-seconds dial at 6 o'clock. The dial is completed with the synonymous Longines wings and signature at 12 o'clock and is encapsulated underneath shatterproof Plexiglass. The case is crafted from stainless steel and is in nice shape and the robust crab claw lugs are a nice point of difference adding weightiness to the proportions of the watch. At 33mm this watch is very much mid-size, however, it is quite meaty and robust so on the wrist it does feel larger. A beautiful vintage watch from an iconic brand with a very unique dial - it will take the wearer from day to evening wear and everything in between.
