Our Spiced Brine Blend makes eating tender, juicy, roasted poultry and meats easy. A blend of coarse green sea salt, crystallized ginger, savory aromatics, orange peel, and warming spices such as cinnamon allspice, cloves, and peppercorns. Simply combine with water to infuse, turkey, chicken or pork with flavor and lock in moisture during cooking. 

Proper brine spice ratio is 1 tablespoon brine to 1 cup of water. For larger quantities, one cup brine mix to 1 gallon of water. Simmer water, whisk and brine mix. Remove from heat and stir occasionally until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Immerse completely in brine solution, one hour per pound of protein.

Ingredients: Salt, crystallized ginger (Ginger, sugar), Brown sugar, spices, contains 2% or less of onion, orange peel. 

Manufactured in a facility that processes: peanuts, tree, nuts, sesame, soy, wheat, fish, milk, and eggs. Store in a dry, cool place.
