On the front left side is 2 clear rhinestones that appear to be glued on. No label. Excellent condition but the velvet that covers the interior wire placement cap is a bit worn. Inner circumference is 21 inches

Inner circumference is 21 inches but it will easily flex out to 23 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 15 inches.
