Yes. This switch connects to the factory harness with no rewiring required. Line it up with the mounting points and you're done.

Does this switch come with the trim bezel or just the switch itself?

Just the switch assembly. If your bezel is cracked or damaged, you'll source that separately.

What if the switch doesn't work right after I install it?

Check that all connectors are seated fully and the truck is running. If the windows still don't respond, test your door wiring and fuses before assuming the switch is bad.
