Fitted on a handpump, you'll want it to be 2-way - the inlet only valve would otherwise prevent air from pushing through, whereas on a HPA receptacle, you'll want the 1-way inlet, to prevent the air being filled in, from coming back out.

* Please note - from common HPA cylinders sold here on the market, you'll need to opt for a 1/8' BSP or NPT threaded part, not M10x1. American brands of products are usually imperial threaded, as are TURKISH airguns and related equipment.
