Protocol Notes & Handling

• Suggested Working Range: 0.5–2 µg/mL for Western Blotting and Histo-/Cyto-chemistry. Optimal dilutions must be determined empirically based on target antigen density and permeability.
• Endogenous Biotin: It is necessary to block endogenous biotin prior to staining samples to minimize background noise.
• Background Minimization: If non-specific background is high, decrease the working concentration or briefly centrifuge the conjugate, using only the clear supernatant for staining.
