They are library-primed and ideal for the robust preparation of large peptide and antibody fragment phage display libraries.

Tight Expression Regulation

The lacI^q gene encoded on the F' episome allows tight regulation of expression vectors containing an E. coli promoter under the control of a lac operator sequence (such as T5, tac, and trc).
